Delivery Information

Deliveries will only be made after payment has been received.

All deliveries within the United Kingdom will only be sent to you via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service unless you have opted for free delivery in which case your item(s) will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delvery. Special Delivery is fully insured and will ensure that your purchased item will be with you on the day after it has left our workshops, however recorded delivery is not insured and is selected at your own risk.

If there is likely to be a delay with you order, we will notify you immediately. We will send you an email notification with Royal Mail's Special Delivery tracking number upon despatch of your order.

You will be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address that you provide us with is secure and that you are able to sign for the delivery. If someone with authority signs for the purchase, at the address provided, it is not the responsibility of Wharton Goldsmith Ltd.

For delivery outside the United Kingdom, Royal Mail's 'Airsure' or 'Internationally Signed For' services.

All EU orders –Flat fee of £3.95
All Other Countries – Flat fee of £13.95
