Deliveries will only be made after payment has been received.
All deliveries within the United Kingdom will only be sent to you via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. This method of delivery is fully insured and will ensure that your purchased will be with you on the day after it has left our workshops.
If there is likely to be a delay with you order, we will notify you immediately.
We will send you an email notification with Royal Mail's Special Delivery tracking number upon despatch of your order.
You will be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address that you provide us with is secure and that you are able to sign for the delivery. If someone with authority signs for the purchase, at the address provided, it is not the responsibility of Diamond Revolution.
For delivery outside the United Kingdom, Royal Mail's 'Airsure' or 'Internationally Signed For' services.
If you know the size of the ring you wish to purchase, please select it from the drop down menu before you press the 'BUY' button. Your order will be processed immediately.
If you are unsure of the ring size, please select 'UNSURE' from the drop down menu before you press the 'BUY' button. A 'ring-sizer' will then be sent to you. Your order will then remain on hold until you advise us to what size you would like your ring to be made.
If you are buying the ring as a surprise, please select 'SURPRISE' from the drop down menu before you press the 'BUY' button. Your order will be processed immediately and a 'ring-sizer' will be included with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with the final fit, we will be more than happy to alter it free of charge. Please follow our returns procedure when returning your purchase. Alterations normally take 2-3 working days from when we receive the package.
In the unlikely event that you receive your purchase(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us immediately. Please inform us of any query via email (returns@whartongoldsmith.com) and return the items(s) by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Please include the reference number provided by Royal Mail and your order number in your email to us.
Please ensure that items are returned within five working days of your email notification for a full refund. Please send your items to Christopher Wharton Goldsmith, No. 1 George Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 4ER and ensure that you fully ensure the package.
Diamond Revolution cannot be responsible for items that are lost on their return to us, so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
All jewellery returned, will be checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition from when it left our workshops, before a refund is processed.
We aim to make the refund or exchange with ten working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
