We are confident you will love your Wharton Purchase(s), but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.

Or in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us immediately. Please include the reference number provided by Royal Mail and your order number in your email to us.

Wharton Goldsmith Ltd cannot be responsible for items that are lost on their return to us, so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.

All jewellery returned, will be checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition from when it left our workshops, before a refund is processed. All tags must be complete in order to recieve a refund.

We aim to make the refund or exchange within ten working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
