Colour Icons by Wharton Design celebrates ruby, emerald, coloured sapphires and fancy-coloured diamonds. Made in our St Albans workshop, these designs bring the principal coloured gemstone into focus, with settings and diamond accents chosen to complement it.
Are pink sapphires and yellow diamonds included in Colour Icons?
Yes. Colour Icons includes coloured sapphires, not just blue ones, together with ruby, emerald and fancy-coloured diamonds such as yellow diamonds. Colourless diamonds may appear as accents, but diamond-only pieces without a coloured gemstone belong elsewhere. The principal coloured stone determines this collection; other design-family names can still apply.
