Or in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us immediately. All jewellery returned, will be checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition from when it left our workshops, before a refund is processed. All tags must be complete in order to receive a refund.
