All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail next day service providing the order is placed before 3.45 pm

Please, not all orders placed over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday. 

Please, note all orders placed over Bank Holiday weekends will be dispatched on Tuesday. 

All orders placed outside our opening hours will be dispatched on the next possible working day.

Returns

We are confident you will love your Wharton Purchase(s), but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.

Or in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us immediately. Please inform us of any query via email (showroom@whartongoldsmith.com) and return the items(s) by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Please include the reference number provided by Royal Mail and your order number in your email to us.

Please ensure that items are returned within five working days of your email notification for a full refund. Please send your items to Christopher Wharton Goldsmith, 1-2 George Street, St Albans, AL3 4ER Hertfordshire and ensure that you fully insure the package.

Wharton Goldsmith Ltd cannot be responsible for items that are lost on their return to us, so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.

All jewellery returned, will be checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition from when it left our workshops, before a refund is processed. All tags must be complete in order to receive a refund.

We aim to make the refund or exchange within ten working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
