Cleaning instructions: Hand wash only using tepid water and very mild soap. Avoid strong detergents and abrasive materials. Don t leave item to soak. Please note that this is a natural product and colours may vary meaning each shoehorn is completely unique!

We are confident you will love your Wharton Purchase(s), but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.
Or in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us immediately. Please inform us of any query via email (showroom@whartongoldsmith.com) and return the items(s) by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Please include the reference number provided by Royal Mail and your order number in your email to us.

All jewellery returned, will be checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition from when it left our workshops, before a refund is processed. All tags must be complete in order to receive a refund.
